Tax Return Information (IRC Section 7216)
As a tax professional, we are subject to Internal Revenue Code Section 7216, which imposes strict restrictions on the disclosure and use of tax return information. Violations of Section 7216 carry criminal penalties, and we take this obligation seriously.

We retain client records for the period required by IRS regulations and professional standards, typically a minimum of seven years after the conclusion of services. Non-client inquiry information is retained for up to three years unless you request deletion.
